Desde la reservación el servicio es muy bueno, en mi caso se retrasó mi llegada y sin problema me ayudaron a mover el horario para no perder la reservación. El personal de limpieza todos los días limpia y cambia las sábanas. Y de noche no se escucha ningún ruido extraño en las habitaciones.
De las mejores opciones por ese precio, habitaciones sencillas pero limpias y con lo necesario.
Es económico, muy limpio y tranquilo, el personal muy amable. Lo único lamentable es que no hay opciones de restaurantes cercanos, por todo lo demás, es muy recomendable
Estuve una semana ahí de vacaciones en una habitación sencilla y la verdad me agradó mucho, el lugar es tranquilo, duermes a gusto. Las medidas de seguridad son las básicas pero la recepción como filtro de seguridad está muy bien. El servicio de limpieza es espectacular, salía a pasear y cuando regresaba todo estaba bien acomodado, incluso lo que dejé mal puesto lo pusieron sobre la cama acomodado. No perdí nada.
Me encanta, excelente lugar y el servicio del personal muy atentos y amables, mi lugar preferido para llegar cada que voy a Hermosillo..

Es un lugar céntrico y muy muy agradable. Las personas de la recepción son atentas y puedes preguntarles lo que sea y siempre tienen una buena actitud y respuestas útiles. Está cerca del mercado, me dijeron como llegar, mi habitación estaba impecable, el estacionamiento accesible. Es mi escala frecuente en viajes más largos y siempre es agradable llegar a un lugar seguro, limpio y con excelente atención.
